Recipe: Pear & Honey Porridge

1 cup milk

Sea salt

1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats

Pinch ground cinnamon

1/2 pear, cored and cut into small chunks

3 teaspoons of honey


One. In a small saucepan, combine milk and a pinch of salt; bring to a boil. Add oats and cinnamon; simmer, stirring occasionally, until oats are tender, about 5 minutes. Two. Place porridge in a bowl, top with pear chunks and honey, and serve with more milk, if desired.
