We're not going to lie - this is not the healthiest option. But who cares! Fry the eggs. Fry the bacon. Melt the cheese. Spend the next few minutes in foodie heaven.

2 slices bacon 2 large eggs 2 slices sandwich bread 1 slice sharp Cheddar cheese
One. Cook the bacon in a large sauté pan set over medium-low heat until it reaches your desired level of crispiness. Transfer the bacon to a paper towel-lined plate. Pour out all but 2 tablespoons of the bacon grease from the pan. Two. Crack the eggs into the pan and increase the heat to medium. Sprinkle freshly cracked black pepper atop the eggs and fry them until the whites are fully cooked and the yolks are barely set. Three. Toast the bread then immediately place the cheese on one piece of bread. Arrange the bacon atop the cheese then place the eggs atop the bacon. Top the sandwich with the second piece of bread. Slice and serve immediately.
